1928 P Peace Silver Dollar

The 1928-P Peace Silver Dollar is widely recognized as the key date of the entire Peace Dollar series. Struck at the Philadelphia Mint, it boasts the lowest mintage of any circulation-strike Peace Dollar, with only 360,649 coins produced. This incredibly low mintage was due to the fulfillment of the Pittman Act requirements earlier in the year, which halted silver dollar production until 1934.
